Sarah Wright, M.S., A.C.T., is a professional personal coach, one of the few in the nation trained specifically to work with people affected by ADD. Sarah has also been a program manager, resource director, and corporate executive. Additionally, she is the parent of a child with ADD and Asperger’s Syndrome, and knows first hand the joys and frustrations of living with these differences.
As a recognized expert in the field, Sarah speaks locally and nationally on both coaching and attention disorders. She serves as president of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO) and is on the board of her local CHADD chapter. She lives in the San Diego, California area where, when she’s not coaching, writing, or presenting, she enjoys spending time in her garden.
