Sarah Wright, M.S., A.C.T., is a professional personal coach, one of the few in the nation trained specifically to work with people affected by ADD. Sarah has also been a personal organizer, program manager, resource director, and corporate executive. Additionally, she is the parent of a child with ADD and Asperger’s Syndrome, and knows first hand the joys and frustrations of living with these differences. She lives near San Diego, California, where, in addition to her coaching and writing, she is involved in ADD support groups, education, and advocacy.
